Although German, the couple wanted to celebrate their union in Oxford, with which they both fell in love on their first visit. and gathered family and close friends who had mainly come from abroad to join the couple for four days of celebrations. The whole stay was a perfect blend of sophisticated simplicity and relaxed elegance.
The wedding ceremony took place at Blenheim Palace, followed by a cocktail reception. Later after a walk in the historic centre of Oxford, a halt in a pub, the reception was held at the Randolph. Laughter and tears were shared during the speeches, lyrics and melodies were sung to the rhythm of the piano, steps and hurrahs marked a friendly tempo and danced the couple away to their new morrow.

I attended the wedding of two of my best friends in Tuscany which was just absolutely well organized. It was such a magical day for the happy couple and many of the happy moments were due to the fantastic organisation of the ceremony from A-Z. From the flowers, to the catering to the actual party after the ceremony. Every detail was sorted with no stone unturned. Even the aspect of time management was admirably on point. In my role as President of the Overseas Press and Media Association (OPMA) it has been a pleasure to have Virginie organising several of our recent events. The diligence, thought and care that she applies to arranging either our networking parties or our workshop events has contributed to these being some of the most successful events the Association has held in its long and prestigious history. Her communication is second to none, ensuring that the Association is kept abreast of everything that is happening in the build up and that the venue is fully aware of the requirements we have. I love attending these special media events (OPMA) because they have a nice ambience with food, drinks and the best possibilities to network.
